Ry Sullivan is the Chief Product Officer at Snappy, where he leads the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution. Overseeing a talented team across product management, design, and technology partnerships, Ry is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that harness the power of gifting to foster meaningful connections and appreciation.

Before joining Snappy in 2022, he served as Vice President of Product at Carta, where he helped develop software solutions for private companies, investors, and employees to manage equity and securities. Earlier in his career, Ry held product leadership roles at Bay Area startups including Klout, Lithium Technologies, and Shift Technologies. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.

Ry earned his AB in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ry serves on the board of Root Division, a nonprofit focused on supporting the visual arts.
