Jeff Goldfarb is the General Counsel at Snappy, where he leads all legal, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory functions. He ensures that Snappy operates with the highest standards while supporting the company’s growth and innovation in delivering meaningful gifting experiences.

Before joining Snappy, Jeff was Associate General Counsel at Centerbridge Partners, L.P., where he advised on U.S.-based investment transactions across Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate platforms. Prior to that, he was an M&A Associate at Skadden, Arps, specializing in mergers and acquisitions for both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
