Before joining Snappy, Hamutal served as a Chief People Officer at Venn City and EVP of People at Cuebiq, where she played a key role in establishing the company’s HR function and thriving initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at NICE Actimize and NICE Ltd, overseeing global teams and contributing to significant organizational growth and engagement improvements. Hamutal’s professional journey began with HR management at NICE Systems and strategic account management at Adam Milo.
Hamutal holds a Master’s degree in Clinical criminology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University.
